First Time Enrollment Package

This is the First Time Enrollment Package.

This Package Includes:

Lifetime Enrollment to SCL, (you will never have to pay enrollment fees any for future services).  In 3-5 business days you  will recieve your offical SCL Three (3) year membership Coverage Card listing the the  SCL "Traffic Stop" Toll-Free (888) Telephone Number and your  personal SCL SCPN (Security Code Pin Number).(One (1) SCPN per member).

****WARNING STOPSCOPSLYING.COM "No Lies!" LOGO STICKERS ARE STRICTLY FOR VEHICLES PLACEMENT ONLY! STICKERS MUST BE PLACED IN A CONSPICIOUS LOCATION (i.e upper right hand corner of driver's side window, near vehicle license plate or corner of rear window). THE PURPOSE OF THE STICKER IS A VISUAL WARNING FOR ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES AND PERSONEL THAT THE VEHICLE AND ALL OCCUPANTS MAY BE RECORDED AT ALL TIMES. The outer part of the "NO LIES" sticker states:  WARNING: THIS VEHICLE and all Occupants are Being Recorded!

**Remeber, if you are in the middle of a traffic stop and you call the SCL traffic stop line and your cell phone and is a "flip-open" style phone then the phone needs to be placed on the dash during the stop and recording process.**
